The washer for clean jars is a tried-and-tested solution that, with its revolutionary design approach, stands out from all other washer machines on the market. Its greatest assets are its intuitive operation, failure-free operation and, above all, the small amount of space the machine takes up in the process line. The essence of the machine’s operation is to rotate the pack by 360° while injecting a high-pressure medium into the centre of the pack, which results in impurities being flushed out from inside the pack. To date, we have developed scrubbers that dispense compressed air (also with a HEPA filter), water and steam. Versions with dirt extraction from the machine’s bottom chamber are also produced. The entire construction is made of acid-resistant materials, while cleaning the machine is quick and simple.
