The pasties positioner is an innovative solution to the problem of quickly and accurately determining the position of pasties dosed in large quantities to the machine tank, and then feeding them at the appropriate speed and distance to other machines in the technological line, e.g. the labelling machine. The use of the properties of rotary and linear motion, supported by pneumatic installations, results in a highly efficient, reproducible and reliable production process. The construction of the machine consists of polyurethane endless belts, polymers certified for use in food processing environments and the highest quality acid-resistant steel. All constructed in such a way as to make cleaning the machine fast, simple and thorough.
